dumbledore is (was) one of the most powerful wizards and not even he could get it down on his own, it was forced down. but i think that the initials are of just one person, and so far regulus is the best bet. even if he did have to have someone with him, would the second person have to sign the note? and better yet, how would three people cram into the little glowing boat? it didn't sound to me like it went back and forth like a ferry...

well that is always a possibility but i just dont think he was smart ebough just cuz hes the only one with those initials it doesnt mean that he is the only one plus whos to say it isnt a code someones nick name or three different ppl u need at least two ppl so as much as everyone insists it must be regulus im just not suporrting this theory

I don't think this is correct. It may be a new character, or a generally unknown one. Also, the "B" could be the name before the person got married. So it could be... well, someone who starts with a "R" - a female.
