Severus Snape was NOT a coward!!!

Wow we al know my opinon here. Snape was not a coward! Yes he loved Lily which doing things for love isnt cowardly. Its actually the exact oppisite. Doing that could have blown his cover that he was working for the order. Really, the things that he did for albus were beyond cowardly in so many ways.
And in the end what all Harry finds out from the memories that he gets from Snape. I was blown away even though I was quite sure the whole time that snape,s loyaties were pure.
So the only thing that would make snape a coward was the way that albus told him to act, and the way he potrayed himself so he could work for the order and hide it from voldy....
This is my never ending arguement!!!

i dont really like snape, i mean yes it was good of him to save harry and the fact he was friends with his mom etc, but that doesnt excuse the way he treated nevelle, and harry while at school, so i cant say i liked him, but i did cuz he was a complicated and i loiked that but i wouldne call him a doward but yes he was a hero but taht doesnt mean i like him cuz i cant forgive him for the way he acted before turning good...i dont c how harry did either but thats just me

Of course Snape was'nt a coward. He was a very jealous, sly person who had a hard life and was always hateful of the people who were better of than him. (James).(Sirious).
He hated that he was never part of a close group of friends.
He hated that Lily had other friends at Hogwarts, other than him.
But he was never a coward.

From my prospective of the books, he was never bad. He was just doing what needed to be done or what dumbledore thought he should do. I think he realized when he took the responibity with albus, of taking care of harry, that he may have an upper hand having harry around all the time. I think he may have been a little mean but look voldy never doubted him.. So GOOD job Snape, it all was done for good whether you want to realize it.

He's not a coward, he just holds a grudge like a girl, so that makes him HATE harry, but to be honest i would probably hate harry to if i though his father almst tryed to kill me!

Yeah, i agree, he was jealous that he was never a part of a close group of friends. i mean isnt that what we all want? is to be included? i mean i just moved to a new school, so i kno what its like to not have friends. but then i met my first harry potter FANnattic!
