8th Book

sure then though idk wat quote ur yalking about but ya so yep just waiting for flood control to lwt me post this how come it went frm 60secs to 180 secs now it takes even longer then it used to which makes it more annoying

She has clearly stated that she won't do a book about James and Lily. She says it's too much like starwars.

ya she will be done after 7 she says she is done wit these characters after that and will have them where she wants then

Even though she may have said it in the past, but i can asure you that she will continue to make a series. And JK really doesn't mean what she says. That is one of the few things that she told us about clues she leaves behind.

I don't think she is going to write a 8th book,thou she said if she would write anther book (not harry potter's books) it wont be fiction (I wish she would write anther harry potter book)
keep in mind ppl it may be a rumor
can any one tell me when the 7th book is coming out and the name of it i can't find that out

I've finished the HBP now and I hate the fact that I read it that quickly. I can read it over and over again, off course, but it's not new anymore.... I am really looking forward to book 7, but on the other hand it makes me very sad knowing that it will be the last one...
Remeber: seven is the most powerfull magical number......

on the other hand, she has a family to raise, right? Not unlikely that she'd stop for that.

i just got my copy of the 7th book yesterday & i just COULD'NT put it down!! i kept reading til i finihsed it (which was at like 4 in the morning) but this morning my brother & i were talking bout this too. i was telling him wat happens in the end of book cuz he's never gonnna read them anyways (loads of ppl already know what happens but i won't mention it anyways) & my brother said
my brother - "wouldn't it make sense to have a new series like harry potter but instead it's the next generation of witches & wizards that are starting at hogwarts??"
me -"why is that"
my brother - "because isn't that where the bad dude came from anyways?"
me -"yeah, but i still don't get your point"
my brother - so wouldn't it be great if there was another series similar to harry potter but instead of harry, ron, hermione, etc. & all their friends it'd be their kids goin to hogwarts & fighting a NEW evil that comes up cuz if the bad dude from these harry potter books came from hogwarts, y shouldn't the next one??
me - but that's only if there's a next one

I actually think that this series should end with DH, all stories come to an end. But if JKR did write maybe a series about perhaps he-who-shall-not-be-named's coming to be, or Lily, James, and Snapes relationships and lives pre-Harry potter. Just a thought
