You know, after Mcgonagall? I mean, I honestly think she earns a lot of respect there at the end... and just as much before the end, too. But she was getting really old, so who knows? Maybe she was dead by the time Lily was born and Lily's full name is Lily Minerva Potter.
And I really think it's James Sirius.
As for the Weasleys', I have no idea whatsoever about Rose, but someone mentioned that the name 'Hugo' may have come from JKR winning the Hugo Award for her books... I looked in the back of the book, and it said the books also won the Anthony Award, so maybe it's Hugo Anthony.
