Percy has been under the Imperius Curse since his promotion.
Lucius could have done it easily. He was always hanging around.
Or Unbridge or Fudge could have done it, if they're secret Death Eaters.

ooooh thats gooooood!!! 'Imperio!!' thats a really good idea, more likely lucius than umbridge or fudge, and what hes feeding the death eaters information about the ministry? surely though it would be better if he was in the order?? (for voldy i mean)

no idont think that, perc has always been - what do u call it? very eager for power. he wants to become minister for magic, therefor he has to be friends with them ministry lots.

Er ... I don't think that either . Not every annoying character is related to Voldemort . I mean , besides the main subject of how Harry fight with the dark power , there are some other else . Like friendship , romance , family and school life .

Hmmmmm?? Not sure about this one. I think Percy has always been very ambitious but then again, he would have been such an easy target for Lucius. Lucius would have had plenty of opportunity to perform the spell and then make him try to get back in with his family (and therefore the Order). Maybe Lucius used the fact that Percy was so eager to get in with ministry that he would disown his family. It is possible..... We could see Percy trying to pally up to the other Weasley's in DH.

percy will be killed by snape in book 7 so feel sorry for the guy please

Since the book hasn't been released yet - this is an interesting thought. Why do you believe Snape kills Percy?
