incidentally - fawkes - is a play on 'guy fawkes' day.

which is historically a day of fireworks etc in the United Kingdom.
Quite clever as the legend of the phoenix is that the bird will burn and then rise again from its own ashes...

i do'nt know what happened to Fawkes, but i'm sure he's in a great deal of pain still... maybe he'll be harry's now... idk

fawkes is felix in the dutch translation.....i confused the two..
tonks=tops

Do they translate the same?
Is a wemel a long,thin furball?
Is zwarts a color? ( Or lack of color?)
Does perkamentus have something to do with a white hat or a bumblebee?
(etc.)
