Hogwarts?

Yeah, I haven't seen anything saying Hogwarts won't reopen. It is such a huge part of the story that its almost like its an uncredited main character. Shutting Hogwarts down is almost as bad as Killing off Dumbledore.

I agree totally with Sirius27 and fenrirbound. I think it will only be the trio going on the horcrux hunt (with some help from the others). Maybe Ginny will be with them at the climax. But it's been all about the trio for most of books so it seems fitting that it's just them. (Ok I admit it, I HATE the whole Harry/Ginny ship). I haven't heard about J.K saying that either, but if that's the case then I'm betting on Snape and Aberforth playing MASSIVE roles in helping Harry. (Whether he knows it or not). He will need all the help he can get. But I will also be gutted if Hogwarts doesn't reopen because I think it's like a character too.

It might not be open this year due to the high security threat, but it will be open after the threat (Lord Voldy-things) has passed.

I know this because one of the clues for this book is that a character becomes a teacher in the future.

I keep seeing this one. Where did it come from?

That's the only place I've seen it...I just ran with the idea, like I do with most things. (Keep the scissors out of sight.)
