Yeah I've read that article and most of the people are saying that it definately has a connection with the 7th book.

But what connection? Does it possibly mean that there is a horcrux hidden inside the school and that it has something to do with a fireplace?

Harry uses Floo Powder to get into Hogwarts (which will be closed in book 7 therefore the floo network is unrestricted) and gets into the trophy room to detroy the "Award for Special Services to the School - Tom Riddle" trophy/horcrux.

Concerning the fire place, I don't think JKR would give us anything like that.
I chose to ignore it completely.

Riddle's Award had me for a while, but I've heard of a second candidate --
In the Room of Requirement, near where Harry hid the Prince's book,
he found a tiara which some say belonged to Ravenclaw.
This could also be what Voldemort was looking for when he dropped in for that "interview."
Or maybe he left something down in his Chamber of Secrets...

Well i dont think there is anything in the Chamber of Secrets but anythng could be in the room of requirement.

The chamber of secrets was sealed off wasnt it and besides i dont think anythings down there that could be of importance from what we've already seen.

i totally agree... the chamber was seeled off... plus there was already one horcrux there, the diary... it was destroyed... i highly doubt that there would be a second one from the same place... but i think the tiara is a good geuss for a horcrux...
