Who has ever tried a peak behind the veil...Im sure someone has.

Think of this fact : "Is it possible for the veil to remain standing there from the birth of the universe ?..It must have been someone who must've made it out..At least discovered it out and he lived to tell the tale too...There's not one mention of the fact that people die when they fall behind the veil .."

So how come we are so sure that Sirius has died..It may be that it is just like a temporary entering into the world of ghosts...A way of discovering the places in the other dimension...on the other side of the mundane realms of materialistic magic...and why not ?

Maybe those who slipped into the veil never wanted to come back on their own accords..maybe the place was a treasure for the ones who wanted adventures...and this sounds plausible enough...

VISIT THIS TOPIC TOO : "Is the room of requirement really what it is ?"..

Ditto. The more I know, the less I know.
Anything can happen.

I just remembered Nearly Headless Nick.
He believes that Sirius is dead. Why?
How could he know that "Sirius would have gone on..."?

Well Nick had to have been at Hogwarts while Surius was in school, and seen the type of person he was and sort of just knew he would go on.

And 'bout the veil its sounds alot like a wormwhole. Interdemensions and stuff. Or maybe it's nothing like a wormwhole. Dunno just thought of it.
