Harry's Scar

Ever since I read the 6th book and heard of the horcruxes one thought in my mind was what if harry's scar is a horcrux. This is how i look at it when voldemort did the curse it was deflected because of his mothers love but remember how they say in the books that his scar connects them. Well maybe it connects them because part of his soul is in harry. Meaning that harry's lightning bolt scar is a horcrux. Now when I was thinking of this I realized that when u have a horcrux u have to get rid of it and the prophecy said nether can live while the other survives meaning that maybe the only way to kill voldemort is fot harry to kill the last horcrux which would be himself. Now i remember jk rowling said that she will revive one character now maybe that character is harry since when he killed the horcrux he took away voldemorts life but not his own so when he came back the scar wasnt there anymore. Tell me what u think I 'd really like to hear some feedback and maybe some other theories you are thinking because i think this scar has more to it then just being a scar

I think that not only the scar but Harry Potter himself is a horcrux. That idea is very very disturbing. However I think that he will survive!

yea i never thought harry was a horcrux but now that u mention it that could make sense. i just hope he lives through it. I wonder what the other horcruxes are? If anyone has any ideas be sure to post it i'm always up for new theories!!

Yes, I believe that Harry is an accidental horcrux.
An eighth piece of Voldemort's soul.
And yes, I believe he will survive.
The dementors can remove a soul and leave the body technically alive, so why couldn't they remove the shard of Voldemort's soul and leave Harry's in one piece?

i think that Harry himself is horcrux, he might be the seventh one and i believe that thats why he is going to die in the seventh book

maybe thats why the Dementors were so attracted to him in PoA.

But now that the dementors are with Voldemort wont it be a bit harder for them to suck out thee Soul? If Voldemort found out maybe he would forbid the Dementors from being near Harry.

but voldemort doesn\'t control the dementors... azkaban does... but if harry is a horcrux... then voldemort couldn\'t be completely destroyed until harry was... because if harry was still alive... then part of voldemorts soul would still be living too... so that puts me in a quandry... because... both harry and voldemort would die... if harry wanted to destroy him that BADLY... because in order to kill voldemort... harry would have to kill himself... in order to kill voldemort too... unless the dementors suck out voldemorts soul... which is a possibility too... or maybe harry, hermione, or ron will invent some type of spell that destroys voldemorts horcrux in harry without destroying harry himslef (if harry even is a horcrux)... post theories please...

No i believe the dementors left Azkaban and supposedly joined Voldemort, and Azkaban is a prison it dosent "control" the dementors.

ok thts pretty much exactly what i first said to start this discussion because the scar is a horcrux and to kill voldemort fully harry would have to kill himself cause he is a horcrux but in and interview jk rowling said one character will come bak and i think it'll be harry though the horcrux will be gone aka his scar
