I don't think he blue eye color means much, it's just too common.
The grey eyes, though...wouldn't it be funny if Rowling's ex, or some one she dislikes, has grey eyes, and she kills off grey-eyed people in the book as a sort of cryptic message (not a death threat!)?

I think Dobby's are green and Winky's are brown. Not sure about Kreacher's, but I'm guessing brown.

I think that really the only eyes that matter in the next book are Harry's and Lily's because JK said that her eyes will play and important part in the book, or at least a part.

I just thought of something, doesn't everyone all ways say to harry he has his mothers eyes? Maybe that has something to do with what J.K. meant.
