Yeah Norbert didn't do anything. Mrs.Norris is just annoying, Filch along with her. Umbridge...never mind she can go. *Evil laugh* The womping willow shouldn't get the boot fer crushin stuff. The snitch can't die it's inannamant. And J.K.Rowling may want to make sure no one continues the book years later, but she probably didn't want to kill off almost every character in thee prosses.

Ok, assuming we're limited to those listed in DL's post above,
here's my take on who needs killin, in order of merit:

If I were on the jury, the only ones I could easily convict are the werewolf (Grayback?) and Bellatrix Lestrange.

Every remaining Death Eater? The least you can do is take them one at a time and accuse them each of an actual crime.

Dolores Umbridge and Lucius Malfoy are repulsive, but I don't know that they've killed anyone. Give 'em a couple of years for reckless endangerment.

Percy -- I've got a bad feeling, like he's going to do something really bad. He'll go to one extreme or the other, and not in the middle. Either he goes up top with Bella or down to the bottom of this list with the gnomes.

Draco Malfoy's just a punk, and Kreacher's got the insanity plea. Reform school or looney bin? Something with a hope for improvement at the end.

Aragog is already dead. Neither can one kill Sir Codugan, the portrait of Mrs. Black, the golden snitch or brains tentacles.

Narcissa Malfoy's only crime was that she was a snob, and I suspect that she's been cured.

Argus Filch, the merpeople, the whomping willow, a couple of garden gnomes and the centaurs are just annoying.

Mrs. Figg's cats, a niffler, Norbert, Crookshanks and Dobby? Are you crazy?

and last of all would be Severus Snape, because I'm still expecting him to be a good guy.

I can see it now, *Cop speakin* "Dolores Umbrigde you are under arest for recless endangerment. You have the right to remain silent. Anthing you say can and will be held against you in the court of law. Blah etc blah." (I watch a lot of cop movies.) "Oh and Percy we have to take you in too, fer bein a right foul git." Lol.

I embrace the Aberforth's idea but it puts many new questions. How do you think...will Ron and Hermione (or/and other people) help Harry in the last crash with Voldemort?
If the idea of Aberforth is true then I imagine the picture of the last crash something like this:
Voldemort will be surrounded from Harry, Hermione-Ron, Lupin-Tonks, Molly-Arthur Weasley etc.
The seventh part of his soul is denuded of every decent feeling and he couldn't resist so much love...
Oh, it sounds impossible. Anyway I think that Harry will stand alone...

Yeah J.K. said she all ways preffered books where the heros faced the bad guy alone. So it's probable that Harry will Vold.

The dementors are on Voldermort's side so they will not be the ones to kill him besides if anything were anticlimatic that would be it Harry has got to be the one to finish it or it would just be plain rediculous

When Voldermort was reborn from Harry's blood he was able to touch him unlike in their earlier conflict in the sorcerer's stone but the love he has in him as not from his mother's spell but how he chose to be is what causes voldermort pain from their connection

Finally I think you guys might be over thinking it with the wand cores of ron and hermoine's but the connection between the pheonix feathers shared by both Harry and voldermort was already shown in the graveyard in goblet of fire
