"It says (HBP) DD was pailer than the inferi. Maybe he was dead then? When they (Harry And DD) got back to Hogsmead Madam Rosmertta said the dark mark just appeared over the astronamy tower momments ago.(ABOUT THE SAME TIME DD SAID KILL ME.) Harry helpped DD take his own life, unknown Harry Murderd DD. When snape came up and seen DD as pale as he was he knew. When DD said," Severus please " It was to do the horacrux spell nonverbally on DD's Inferius body. The white tomb is Harry's horacrux but he doesn't know. DD knew neither could survive while the other lived.......Voldamort doesn't know of this horacrux.

Unfortunately, you can't accidentially or unknowingly "murder" someone.
By legal and moral definition, "murder" includes intent.

If not DD then maybe the Sempra Sectum killed Malfoy ?
It said snape did the spell to heal Malfoy 3 times

1) to close the wounds .....not to save him.
2) to preform the spell to turn him int an Inferi.......would explain why malfoy is pail.....or maybe Malfoy is already dead?.......Goes back to what DD said," How can they kill you if you're already dead".
3) to make Harry's crux....if Malfoy wasn't dead before.

Wow, that is thinking outside the box, but there are ways it can be disproved I'm afraid. First of all, Malfoy was already pale, but that was because of the job he had to do for Voldemort, and I don't really see where exactly you're going with this, what does this have to do with either Harry or Dumbledore being a horcrux? And you might have a point about Dumbledore being already dead while he was still drinking the potion, the only thing though is that then how could he have talked and at least moved a little? And you can't say he's an Inferi, that wouldn't make any sense! Ok, I think that should do it......for now.....
