...what does this have to do with either Harry or Dumbledore being a horcrux? ... [/b]

Well, to be fair, the Professor is saying that Harry HAS a horcrux of his own, not that he IS a horcrux for Voldemort. It's a new twist. It makes Harry more difficult to kill.

What about the draught of living death...that's how dumby and malfoy "seemed" alive???... [/b]

No. That potion allows someone who is ALIVE TO APPEAR DEAD. It does not allow someone who is DEAD TO APPEAR ALIVE. The later is a job for an Inferi (spell?) and they cannot talk.

LoL, this subject is getting far too crazy and irrelevant for me. . . [/b]

Crazier than my "Snape the Death-Stopper" plot?

Oh come it could happen [/b]

Nope. Sorry, but it's not working.
A horcrux requires a murder and, by legal and moral definition, murder requires intent.
The attempt is not working; you would do better to abandon it.

yeah muggle legal and moral definition.
