Psyduck-Do you mean the accio spell?

And that is a huge possibility actually. Or maybe, even if the boat was small, three of them could actually still fit in it. Hm....I wonder if you'd be able to apparate there?

I don't know if you mean that R.A.B. stands for a group or what. . .
I remember someone else asking that question, but the answer is no (in my opinion, anyway). In the note that was left the person uses "I" and "me." That signifies singularity (I think that's the right word. . .lol). But I do think that another person/creature accompanied R.A.B. to get the horcrux. I don't know about apparating there. . .you'd think Voldemort, being as smart and powerful as he claims, would have thought of that.

I have to agree with mione. Voldemort would have made sure that no simple spells could have worked. He would have probably used the same no-apparating spell that is on hogwarts. I think R.A.B stands for one person.

What if no spells were used?

Actually, I think I have to agree with the one person thing because of the evidence. But what do you mean by what if a spell wasn't used?

Ruebeus. Aragog. Buckbeak.... R.A.B. just a thought . Hagrid may have wanted to get back at Voldy for pinning the chamber of secrets on him. Now I don't have an idea of Aragogs part ....It makes me think. Buckbeak could have flown hagrid over....maybe Aragog drank the potion.....SEE NO MAGIC USED.

Might be possible, but still far-fetched. Maybe Hagrid didn't even know that Tom and Voldemort were the same people. Plus, I think that Hagrid was too big, not only for Buckbeak, but Buckbeak would have a hard time flying in a cave
