Nope.
Without more information, I can't form much of an opinion.

I think that the gleam was that one of his many theories had been confirmed. To me, that sounds like Dumbledore

As you would all know a lot of peolpe think Harry is the last Horcrux. However what if he was, but isn't anymore. Maybe when Voldemort took Harry's blood he also took back the part of himself that he put into Harry. This would explain why Harry's blood made him stronger than anyone else's blood would have. Also it would mean that Harry no longer needs to be killed for Voldemort to die, which would explain the gleam of triumph in Dumbledore's eyes.

No, it's not spectacular enough. JK said the gleam is 'enormously significant', and that's not a big twist and shock. It does sound like Dumbledore, though.

And JK Rowling said that one of the characters who she thought would die, ends up alive. Your theory would fit. It was Harry who was going to be killed. I can see that happening.

Keep the theories rolling.

Interesting. At first glance I hate it, but it's interesting.

Now we have two theories of how Harry could be a horcrux and survive.
I still like mine better, but give it time.
Old people have trouble accepting crazy new theories too quickly.

I know I've thrown this idea around elsewhere on this site, but I'll toss it in again. We know that the power that the Voldemort knows not is love. Yet, in taking Harry's blood, would not love been included in the transfusion? Yet, I also recognize that by now Voldemort would have realized it...so I don't know. But maybe in taking Harry's blood, with the protection that saved Harry being love, could that protection be what causes Voldemort to falter in his quest to seek only power and immortality? I know, I'm probably not making sense... I barely comprehend this.

That would be the more modern plot line.
Darth Vader comes to his senses just before he dies...
Not that Voldemort could be redeamed, but he could falter.
He's at Harry's mercy and Harry shows the same compassion
he showed Peter, then the dementors finish the job.
