There's not a seventh Horcrux... there are only 6 Horcruxes, the last seventh of Voldemorts souls is inside his body

Yeah that is correct only six horcruxes because Voldemort split his soul into only seven parts, and he has to one for himself. The question really is what are the other horcruxes left?

The locket, The cup, The snake, and something of Gryffindors or Ravenclaws but Dumbeldore said the sword was Godrics only known possesion left. Anyway thats 1 or 2 horcruxes left to find out cause the ring is dead.

Yay I've found a place for this thought!!

I think Godric's sword has to be a horcrux because I can't understand why else Voldy visited Dumby to ask for DADA teaching job again, except that it was an excuse to get to the sword. Voldy would love the idea that he did it under Dumby's nose and that Dumby would protect part of Voldy's soul. The only problem with this theory is that we don't know how horcruxes are made. If it's just a matter of a bit of surrepticous wand waving and a couple of mumbled words, my theory works

my theory is strengthened by the fact that the reason Dumby came up with for the visit- Voldy really did want to come back to Hoggers 'cause he wanted to snoop- is.. well, dumb

Interesting theory.
But I hate it. It would ruin the story.

Also, Jo said that the seventh book would be SHORTER than the sixth.
I would think that the accidental horcrux would make everything more
complicated, and the last book would go on forever.

I really dont want to belive harrys the 7th horcrux cause then he would have to die but it makes so much sense like why there connected and why a scar was left... thats really intresting
