Yeah that is correct only six horcruxes because Voldemort split his soul into only seven parts, and he has to one for himself. The question really is what are the other horcruxes left?
[/b]
But some people think there IS a 7th horcrux. An unintentional horcrux. An 'accidental' horcrux: Harry.
[/b]
I really dont want to belive harrys the 7th horcrux cause then he would have to die but it makes so much sense like why there connected and why a scar was left... thats really intresting
[/b][/quote]

What i find strange though is that if Harry was a horcrux, then why would Voldemort kill a piece of himself?

I was wondering if the trophy in Hogwarts (the one for special services to the school) could be one of the horacruxes after all tom loved Hogwarts more than anything. Is it not possible he wanted to leave a part of himself there. We know he was powerfull enough, because he made the diary. We know he was capable of doing something evil to make one, because of him opening the chamber and tring to frame Hagrid and making the notebook so maybe he made the trophy one
