What Dumbeldore Wanted

Hey personally I think that Dumbeldore wanted Snape to kill him before somebody else did I think that there is some hidden agenda here. I think Snape will prove out to be good just as D. thought. I think that is why he had no trouble with the unbreakable oath. Oh yeah R.A.B Regiulus Black was his middle name mentioned in Ordere of the Phoneix?

I reall love your theroy, and mostly becuse I would love it if
Snape wasn't truly bad. I love him so much, so I'll keep my
fingers crossed.
The only problem is that Dumbledore pleaded with Snape.

For the first time, Dumbledore was pleading.

Snape gazed for a moment at Dumbledore, and there was
revultion and hatred etched in the harsh lines of his face.
"Severus... please..."

That seems to throw off any possiblity of goodness, or
greatness for Snape. Though I'll hold out hope nevertheless.

Also: there was no middle name mentioned.
But stealing a horcrux would be a good enough reason to be
killed by Voldemort - even if Sirius speculated that regulus
wasn't special enough to even be killed by Voldemort himself.

Hey lets not forget it was Snape And Dumby they could have been having a totally different conversation with their minds. Remember Harry was not to good at that paticular skill so he would have missed it . Yet to me it seemed he was picking up on something when he felt as long as Sname and D. were together everything would be o.k. Just a theory

It's the look of revoltion and Dumb's pleading that makes me wonder that Dumb might have been Petigrew with Polyjuice (though it has been pointed out to me that Dumb/Petigrew would have to be sipping it every hour, which doesn't seem likely does it) hmmm.... some other kind of potion??? This theory needs work...

What do you think about this Inferi. What is it?? A curse??? They talked about the DeathEaters using the Inferi and there were Inferus's in the water in the cave, maybe Dumb is dead and was made a Inferus and manipulated by DeathEaters... ??? I'm reaching I know but it was something that was mentioned a couple of times and then... didn't come to much. Very sus. with our Jo... might be important later.

Yeah. Harry being a Horcrux fits in with Voldemorts description of, when the Avada rebounded on him, he felt as if he was being ripped from his body (something like that). Maybe he passed on more of himself than he intended; he passed on a part of his soul??? Just a thought. I don't think Voldy went to Godric's Hollow intending to do it. i think he intended to kill Harry but a Horcrux in Harry might explain all the similarities they have.

Does Voldemort know??? I reckon he might and i think he might be happy about it. It is the safest place.

What about the prophecy though??

Is this suggesting that neither can 'be a full person'; have a complete and own soul, while the other lives??? Please forgive, this reaching is the only exercise I've got since buying the book!! well he could know if he knew he would try so hard to kill harry cuz then he would be trying to kill a part of himself and u r rite he wouldnt have meant to tur harry into one he would have meant to use harrys death as the final death he needed to creat hi final horcrux he needed to kill to make them so why not use him as the final murder that would have made him invincible

OK so now i've warmed up a bit, I'm going for a REALLY big, death-defying streatch here:
Voldy told Lily to stand aside (this has always worried me; i mean, why?) Maybe Voldy intended to just kill Harry but he needed Lily for something. We don't know how voldy does a Horcrux. Maybe he needs the victim to say something; somehow be involved in the creation of the Horcrux before or as he's killing them... ???? So maybe he just killed James, expected to kill harry (which was his main aim) but then intended to kill Lily and make a Horcrux in her wand...???? We are told that Lily's wand will be important AND that Voldemort liked to take souviners. MaYBe the two are tied????

wow i like that theory and i hope ur rite it would be very interesting to read about but then it cant be though cuz he killed lilly 1st and then harry so that couldnt work i guess its back to the drawing board then buffy

You're right O'course, Voldy's plan failed. So how many pieces of his soul ARE left in Voldy?? If he'd planned to take make (one or more??) Horcrux/s with the murders of the Potters but failed, doesn't that mean that he's still got like three or four 'bits' still in him??
