| dumboldore is dead....you can't come back from the death curse. And Snape had opportunity to kill harry, and didn't. snape and dumboldore have a plan, and i don't believe snape is really on voldemorts side. i think we're all in for a surprise. and harry and ginny will get back together when voldemort is defeated. |

| If you look at what he was saying to Draco before he died, I think Dumledore's pleading was for Snape to kill him. He realized that it would be a 2 for 1 deal. It would save Snape from the unbreakable vow, and also leave Draco innocent. As much as i despise Draco, he is more talk than anything else. He didn't have it in him to kill Dumledore. He was truly only doing it to save his own life and his mothers. But when it came time he was unable to do it. I think Dumbledore was begging Snape to get it over with before the other deatheaters could talk Draco into doing it. Snape's argument with Dumbledore (HBP pgs. 404-405) is misleading if you look at it wrong. I feel he is wanting to either stop being a spy for Dumbledore, or doesn't want to go through with something they have planned. I think he is sinscere with Dumbledore, and his attitude toward Harry is a mix of both cover story, and his feelings towards Harry's father. |
