na i don't think so i think it's when the dementers made him start to feel gloomy and when they forced him to remember the worst things that ever happened to him.

I think Dudleys worst memory was when Hagrid added a tale to his butt... or when he greedily ate the ton tongue tofee. After those incidents he was really afraid of magic.

I thought there was something said (I can't remember if by JKR or just a perceptive fan) about Dudley's worst memory was being able to see himself as he really was, as people around him saw him- a revolting, fat, stupid failure of a bully.
