I dont wanna be crusified for saying this but i think this is just a simple matter. It shows that dumbledor was wrong about snape. No matter what snape told him about his "biggest regret" his worst memory was of a school yard quarle. He didnt mind killing people, he is evil.

the theory is awesome and i fully support it however I dont think that's the only reason why snape won't harm harry simply because his father saved his life... snape can kill anyone he wants.. but I dont think he has he could do anything to potts because of this
