She is poor and it's a good way for her to get more money for the family. Ginny is all grown up and no more under age wizards at home. Mr. Weasly got a raise at the ministry. And someone has to look after Harry.

What? Since when is Ginny "all grown up?" She will still be under-age for a couple more years. And I don't think Mrs. Weasley will be up for teaching DADA. . .

Arent they going to close hogwarts anyway? And besides mrs. weasly cant be the dada teacher she dosent seem the type

Ginny is a few months younger than Harry, Harry will start Book 7 as a full aged wizard of 17. Who said Hogwarts is closed, they only said the govenors would have closed the school if the chamber of secrets both times killed more students, and the death of a teacher important but the rest of the teachers wanted to have the school open. Lastly, very few are in the order. The Potters were but we don't know what they did for jobs - only the Longbottoms were Aurers, Mrs. Weasly as a pure blood is a powerful witch. Let us she what she can do.

I don't remember reading that Ginny is only a few months younger than Harry. What book is that in and what page?
As for Mrs. Weasley being the new DADA teacher, I guess that is a matter to be taken up with Rowling, but I tell you, I just don't see it happening.
We really don't know anything about Mrs. Weasley's magic abilities other than the housekeeping spells we've seen. Remember, she couldn't even banish a simple boggart in OotP. . .
And even if there weren't any more under-aged Weasley's around, it doesn't mean that Mrs. Weasley would stop taking care of them...She is a mother and wife above all else. . .

Just because Mrs Weasly was tricked by the boggart at an emotional time she was still ok. Remember that Hermonine also failed at the boggart in Lupin's class term test the next time she faced it but was ok before the test - just too much stress with her time turner taking tests but it didn't mean she couldn't.

We know that there is a new DADA teacher each year. Snape was new to the position but not new to the book series. Mrs. Weasly again would be new to the position but not new to the book. We know why the other people in the order will not be the DADA teacher except for Mrs. Weasly.

But in book 6 they talk about closing the school because since dumbledore is dead it is no longer safer than any other place and they dont expect parents would allow the students to return!
