Harry thought she was sad because of Serius's death. That it was her fault he died. Not that she was in love with him. That's just wrong.

I can't find the page right now, but Harry runs into Tonks, who is patrolling the halls, and he notices she is sad, and thinks to himself that prehaps she fancied Sirius and that is why she hasn't been herself lately. I have to look for the part so that I could quote it but not tonight because it is getting late. But he does say it.
