I don't get the whole "Theres only three schools in the world thing"

Also like, why are Americans excluded from the magical world? That's SO not cool. Gosh .. lol ..

Hmm I dont remember JKR mentioning an American team.....

Well one would understand that JKR is from Britain, and its next to Europe... so that makes sense. If I were write a book I would either make it the place where I'm from or somewhere near and around it.

but its probably that Cho was born in England and has a Chinese background or she was born In China and raised in England.

Americans aren't excluded (i'm one myself). when they're getting water at the quidditch pitch in the fourt book, they pass a bunch of American witches, right? and those three school are four europe, aren't they? charlie had a penpal from brazil, so i bet they have one in south america. i bet there was one in australia, africa, and america. nobody's excluded!

No actualy. She made up a lot of american teams. She never mentioned them in the harry potter books, but she did in that Quiditch Through The Ages book. I know this because I looked it up on the internet.

Even Texas has its own team. The Sweet Water All Stars. That's where I got those quiditch names for *the other side of the world* in the fan fiction forum.
