When he made the unbreakablve vow he actully didn't know what malfoys plan was. he just acted as though he did in an attempt to get them to tell him. therefore when he made the vow he didn't know the plan that he was supposed to be helping malfoy with, so he can't be held accountable for it.

yeah, thats an excellent idea!remeber, he kept on asking draco to tell him and that he would help him, i think he didint know, but i hate him 4 what he did to dumby!!
