It's been obvious from like the 2nd book. She could have made it end surprisingly but honestly I'd have been reallyyyy disappointed if they wouldnt have ended up married. it makes them a trio till the end.

At first I didn't think Ron and Hermione were going to get married, I thought Harry and Hermione were going to get married.But when I read the 7th book I started to think that Ron and Hermione were going to get married.

in fact they were fighting all over till the 7th part and jk rolling skiped that part of how thery got married and how he porposed to her?
