I don't think that no one loved Snape, maybe he wasn't loved in a couple way, but I think that probably his mother loved him, regardless of her problems with Snape's father. And Lily loved him, he was her friend for years before they separated, and she defended him from her friends, so she must have loved him, not in the way that he loved her, but love is love in any form, right?

3. Slughorn no, he didnt love him, just wanted to use him, like his other Sluggy members
4. Possibly his mother. maybe...but not as much as a 'normal'loving mother

Probably both parents.
All we know is that the old man beat her. That's all the information we have and there ain't no more.
Disfunctional families are still capable of loving their children.
We have no reason at all to think this family is any different.

He also could have had siblings, grandparents, cousins... We know nothing at all.
