DH: When the trio drank Polyjuice Potion .. and broke into the ministry then Hermione was seconded by Dolres and she had to be secretary for the Dragon Umbridge at poor Mrs Cattermole's registry inquiry !

She was afraid ... but didn't loose her nerve!

I agree with Bronwyn... I too think helping Harry rescue Buckbeak and Sirius was one of her bravest moments. And in DH she even braver!

The whole Deathly Hallows book, she stood with Harry even when she was hungry, being tortured, and scared for her own life, and she saved Harry even when she could've run and saved herself instead.
