Default How do you pronounce Hermione?
Unless you already knew a Hermione, you may not have known how to pronounce it the first time you read it. How did you pronounce her name?

I thought it was great how in the books JK Rowling even jokes about Hermione's name through Viktor. Hermy-o-ninny

It's a very old British name.
I learnt it as : Her - my - o - knee ( the empha-sis is on the vowels)

At the beginning i said it wrong...in spanish we say the E like A so...i pronounced it very bad...
