He Lives.. i just know it.. I think hes going to come back in the 7th book and help Harry kill old voldy..

But death is such a subjective state. Sirius was definetly cut down in OotP. So in that sense he's dead. I would love for that to not be the case.

He fell through a vail.. i dont think he actucally died. hes out there somewhere biding his time.. lol

I have said it 1 time i will say it 10000 times or when the last book proves me wrong the spell that Sirius was hit with was not the avardkaderva so he was not instantaly killed
he will be back

Or you could just let your view be known anonymosly (without incurring the wrath) by voting at my poll site "Back from the Dead" for both Dumbledore and Sirius.
