Surely he wasn't in Gryffindor cause he's not brave, but if he was in Slytherin would the Marauders have made friends with him? Please let me know if you have any info.

In Order of the Phoenix either Sirius says that Lupin got the prefect badge and not himself or James, his omission suggesting that Pettigrew wasn't in Gryffindor... unless none of them ever considered him a possibility for prefect.

I dunno, he might have been in Gryffindor, lots of people would say there's no way that Neville would have made gryffindor but he did.

I think that is extremely unfair to Neville. Neville has shown his true colors throughout the books and, in some ways, has been more true to himself and brave than anyone.

That may be true but i think Pettigrew must have shown some bravery once in his life. I mean he did go to voldemort. that must have takken some bravery to get up the nerve to join him. But if pettigrew was in slytherin im sure he would not have been friends with James, Lupin, and Sirius.
