When I was saying "Slytherin" to my sister, I noticed that the word sounds just like something a snake would do. The word reminds my of slitherin' like the word slither. Don't know why I just thought of that, but it sounds wierd!

I found this on a website:

""Slytherin" is basically "slithering" minus the "g", and the snake is the symbol for Slytherin house. He himself is nicknamed "Serpent-Tongue" after his parselmouth abilities. "Slytherin" could also be a breakdown of "sly therein", meaning "clever in that circumstance""

I LOVE SNAKES there are soooo cool but i really like lions to but the should make a house with the symbol...hehehe monkeys!!!!! monkeys r cool so much cooler then snakes

i like snakes, im not scared of them but i am scared of spiders, the way they just appear and scramble along the floor towards me is scary. I like aqautic creatures the best, most are harmless and look pretty with the few exceptions.
