OK, I know that Dobby is almost everyone's favorite elf, but what about the other two?
I pick Kreacher over Winky... she just wasn't very important...

I don't think Kreacher was ever really bad... just loyal to the people who were kind to him. And Sirius was never kind to him.
But then, as soon as Harry did something nice for him(gave him the locket)-poof!- a new Kreacher.

I think it's a ie because Winky is important in book 4, It's the very first time we see a Drunk house-elf! And she struggles. Jreacher is more important obviusly, but I liked Winky's character anyways.... So, it's a tie for me...

Honestly I don't like Winky at all. It's true that she's pitiful, but she just lacked of backbone at the same time!

I voted Kreacher, because he was bad, but that was only because he was being mistreated, and then he was very valuable to the Trio in Deathly Hallows when he was being treated with decency.
