Because they have defensive spells protecting where they are and Harry is not underage anymore so he lost the trace.

they could have done defensive spells when removing him from Durselys. you are not going to tell me those order ppl didnt knew any...

If you care so much reread book 7 ok. It says in there and it had something to do with Dumbledore's plan.

No, you just have a bad memory. At the funeral, Harry thought for a minute that he saw something flying "joyfully into the blue," or something like that. It said or implied something about a phoenix, but Harry decide that he'd just imagined it. Anyway, skim the funeral chapter again if you want to find it.

i still don't get it.. in the book it says Gridelwald never really owned the wand.. than Dumbledore took the wand from a wrong person, since the wand still belonged to Gregorovich?
