In DH, they couldn't heal George's ear because of the evil withing the sectum sempra curse, but yet they could heal Malfoy when Harry used it on him in HBP?

I agree w/ Hermione is cool. Snape's countercurse healed the wounds, but I bet Malfoy was permanently scarred

Malfoy was cut. He didn't have his ear cut off.
They did heal George's wound, but they could not replace his ear.
