How Long Did It Take You To Read Book Seven?

It took me 2 days to reed it...I just couldt put it down...

DH is still not published at serbian here,
and with my famous english knowledge it took me about a week or two
to read it...
hey, but i head to study 4 school! count that!

i live in the US and my teacher was saying that kids that learn english in another country know the rules and such better which makes sense because in the US we speak english as our first language so we use a lot of slange but i found that interesting

It thrue what your teacher toold you...I started learning English when i was 5...and we had to know all the rules of every tense (Presen Simple,Present Perfect, Perfect Tense, Future,Simple Future, Going to Future...)and how to writte English...It was very confusing...

yea see here we learn the tenses but you just kinda know what bthe tense see the problem withe US kids like myself is that i dont punctuate online cause i dont care if people here view as dumb or uneducated because i know i am intel;igebnt im just very informal online

My grasp of grammar in English is atrocious. (So is my spelling. x_x) Which is ridiculously pitiful, because English is my native tongue. I know more grammar in French than I do English (which still isn't saying much, but...).

The schools don't really teach grammar anymore. At least not in the English classes I've taken.

I agree that 'grammar' is not really taught or understood until you have to learn a second/third language. By exploring rules that differ, you start to appreciate the rules you have.

i hated all those private lessons...but hey did help me understand hp better....

yea i know the grammar rules of spanish better than but i am better at following english grammar rules
