things i didnt understand..

..but were explained in the books.

1. how did snape/dumbledores portret knew when harry was moved from privet drive? why thought voldemort snape well informed?? he wasnt in the order anymore.

2. why couldnt kreacher disapparate with regulus when regulus had drank that stuff in the cave? he would have been able to bring regulus back home to safety.

who knows?

The first one is a tad ambiguous, it really isn't covered well, but its' implied that Voldemort thinks Snape has some unnamed source of information in or close to the Order. Dumbledore's portrait was possibly confided in by an Order member, especially someone like McGonogall. Or he continues to be manipulative and omnipresent in death, and his portrait has some way of getting information- possibly through other portraits.

The second one, I think you just need to go back and read that part a little more closely- not only does Regulus drink the potion, he tries to get water from the lake and gets subsequently pulled under by the Inferi. *Shudders.*

I think they used him in both directions. To make the order what Dumbledore wanted, and on the other side Snape could say that he has got the information from him.

all the school Headmasters lived in those portraits and could act and think for themselves. Dumbledore would have made plans known to the Order himself earlier I imagine.
Snape as Headmaster in Book7 would have been able to talk to Dumbledore any time he was in the Headmaster's office.

Voldemort would have thought Snape well informed I guess because Snape was brilliant at Occlumency. and also, because Snape did 'kill' Dumbledore. That would have given Snape more leverage than any other Death eater.

so, a bit of trickery (the mind control) and doing the unthinkable (getting rid of Dumbledore).
