Likewise. Oh, I just found out that replies have to be at least 10 letters. Didn't think this side topic really rated that much, but now I will go on and on about it.

Actually I quit drinking and eating everything (just about) one time trying to figure out why I was getting a dozen migraines a month. I only added things back in one thing at a time every few days and it didn't take too long to discover that chemically kinds of things -- like cokes, salad dressings, ingredients you have to get a chemistry degree to pronounce -- where at least part of the cause, so that was when the cokes got thrown out.

Very wise of you. I do drink tons of tea (iced green is my favorite) - but do grab a coke now and then. By the way - since this is a Brit/Amer. thread - is the vast majority of the people here from the U.S.? - I would rather know where people hailed from versus their birthday..

I agree. I think general geographic info. would be enlightening. I suspect from the writing style that the vast majority are from the U.S. I am. Though I'd consider emigrating to the U.K. if I knew I could survive there.

Most do seem to be from the U.S. -- I've not been on a board before that had your Zodiac sign instead of your location!

I didn't completely chunk all food. I ate brown rice and water for a few weeks. Not eating at all isn't too healthy either
