Voldemort returns for round three?

I was just lurking around and saw in the Live Chat:

Where's the loop hole that would allow Voldemort to return again?

maybe there was one more horcrux made after vold. came back?

What about just another wizard going bad and becoming the next dark lord? Surely someone else will be tempted to take control. Every new generation seems to get bad leaders that abuse their power.

I would think some of Voldemort's surviving supporters might be quietly plotting a resurgence.

Well then, what about one of the young ones. Some susceptible kid being fascinated by tales of V? Or maybe Draco's kid has picked up bitterness from his dad.

I think Voldemort's days are over, but history has shown us there is someone willing to do the really nasty stuff every generation, so someone else can rise up and be the next generation's EVIL ONE . . .

after i finished reading the book, my older brother (who has never in his life read any of the hp books but knows quite a lot about them because i tell him about them) & i were talking about the epilogue and one of the things he had said actually made some sense.

him - there's still hogwarts right?
me - yeah, so??
him - so if the first bad guy started out at hogwarts, why can't the next one start at hogwarts too?? like the next generation has a new bad guy to fight

how about... the next bad guy comes from Durmstrang?

I don't think hogwarts should claim them all...
