Default The second go through

As I'm reading the book the second time, I'm picking up so many tidbits -- or they are making sense this time -- that I've got an overwhelming urge to pick up a pad of sticky notes like when I read a text book for a class to make sure I don't lose the thought for the connection that I'm sure will happen later . . .

I've already told a friend I'll loan her the book. She probably wouldn't appreciate it, but I'm sure tempted.

I started re-reading it too and feel the same way!

I wish the print book came with an electronic copy because that's exactly how I'd use the ebook version. Add notes and comments, flag pages, and search to find those, "Where was...?" moments that I have. But there is no way I'll write in the print copy!

I just started a second go through - It was hard reading the very first chapter actually, knowing now about Snape, and watching the Muggles professor beg him for her life. He is quite the tragic character in the series.

This second time through - I am visualizing what they will do with the movie - some very cool scenes - hope the screen writer does better on this than on 5..

Isn't that the truth! If they leave out as much in 6 as they left out in 5, will they even be able to do 7?

It will be quite odd watching 6 and knowing Snape's story. She did such a great job of keeping us in the dark for so many things - but especially Snape -

My copy is not back yet, but I am wondering whether I will re-read it right now or not. I am tempted by what McDi says about catching things I missed the first time. At the same time I have a lot of other things I want to read. Ah well, it's a pleasant dilemma to contemplate.

And I do wonder what I will feel about Snape. Though I suspected his inner beauty all along.
