Didn't Snape invent Sectum Sempra? Didn't Harry discover this in the Half Blood Prince potions text book? so, doesn't it stand to reason that if Snape created it, then Snape would have known how to counter it.
I think it would also stand to reason that none of the order would have known to cure it.

By the time Snape invented Sectumsempra he probably knew it would be eventually used against him, so he would have invented or known the healing spell to counter it.

And by the way, I would like to join the holey club, George. I realized I never actually asked.
