I was just wondering if you were kind of disappointed by the ending. It was a GREAT BOOK, but I wonder what happened immediately after everything else happened

I mean, without giving things away to those who havent read it, why did it jump 19 years. I have read the theories about keeping the kids around the same age as J.K.'s kids, but What about career choices. I am assuming that Harry is an Auror, but what did Hermoine, and Ginny, and Ron do with themselves afterwards. They didnt just get married and have babies, they had to have done other things with their lives. I also want to know what was up with that baby thing when Harry was talking to Dumbledore.

ya i was dissapointed, i wanted to know more about teddy's situation, if harry ever ran into his cuz again... but it all seemed like a rushed ending to me, like k im done, lets just throw this last part together after an amazing rest

i think that "baby thing" was suppose to be you know who, atleast the part that was in harry.

I felt like the epilogue was just a way for her to introduce Harry's second son, the one with eyes like Lily's - a way of keeping her foot in the door...

I thought that the baby thing was Voldemort. I think that it seemed like J.K. was taking everything that was dear to Harry away from him. Like his parents, Sirius, Dumbledore, Hedwig, His wand, Ron for a while, Ginny for a while. I am glad that she gave him back a few things in the end.
Also, (I am SO NOT Religious) but of all of these Religious groups protesting the books, I think that J.K. was portraying Harry like Jesus. No one believed him about Voldemort (the devil) and that he could help as long as people believed him, and then he sacriffised himself for everyone else.
