Thought I'd see what everybody thought the saddest moment was and why? For me, it was seeing the feelings Snape had for Lily for all them years. Loving her and yet knowing that he would never have her. Just watching while someone he hated did everythin with her that he had wanted for years. Gettin married, having Harry. That musta half killed him. R.I.P Severus!!!

here's another one I hadn't put much stock in before I started my reread. Hermione telling about how she'd charmed her parents into thinking they were Wilber and Monica Wilkins living happily and childless in Australia without her -- not the saddest, but pretty sad.

Yep, definately sad. But I've found people's reactions to death always choke me up more than the actual death (Hagrid at Dumbledore's funeral). If we had seen more of George's reaction, I think that woulda done it for me.

Just one moment? I can't just say "the last 100 or so pages..." When everyone started showing up...especially Percy...in the Room of Requirement, I started getting a tad bit emotional, then when Fred was killed, I lost it.

For me it was when all the people Harry had lost came to walk him to his 'death' against Voldemort - it was so touching. And knowing that Teddy would be an orphan
