I've had the lower part of my Siggy for some time now and the avatar. Always knew that Snape would come good in the end. I guess I was a bit disappointed when JKR left him to die without having him do something that would have absolved him in everyone's eye. Or without Voldemort realizing him for the role he played for Dumbledore. Even Snape slapping Voldemort once or something, perhaps in front of a crowd, might have been nice. Or having him tell Voldemort how he was truly Dumbledore's man.
harry did it for him

*SPOILERS*
I agree, I cried picturing snape lying about to dye and pulling the memories from his head... I mean he knew it was over I just wish he could have said something to harry, I mean I know that after harry watched everything in the peinsive his fellings changed but I just wish that snape3 had said something.

How could he have said anything? He could barely talk. The memories spoke for themselves.

No i mean it would have been nice for some peace before he died so that Snape could have known that Harry forgave him!

Saddest moment for me was when the dead lay in a row in the Great Hall, with the sobbing Weasleys
