fo rme it was when lupin and tonks came back from the ressurection stone and were tallin harry that teddy would have to grow up alone and that at least he knew what his father was. and what he did

I think that all of the deaths were sad but for me it was definitely Fred and Dobby's deaths that got me the worst...

For me there are a few sadest moments in the series. One of them is the death of Dumbledore, I had to put the book down, take a few breaths and read again, I had faith in Severus, wich came back in the next chapter when he doesn´t hurts Harry in Hogwarts grounds. Another one was A Prince's Tale, but that chapter vindicates Snape, so, it isn't a sad moment. Altough it can sound silly, one of the sadest moments, for me, is Hedwigs death, it represents the death of innocence...
