Yes..I'm pretty sure it was Olly. He'd been held there for a very long time when Harry got to him..remember.

So, the question should be,
"Is the Quibbler up again, and is Luna running it?"
??

Ok, where is that thing about JKR's recent interview?
Never mind. I found it.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"While not in the actual book, author J. K. Rowling gives additional information about the characters in an interview. Harry and Ron are both aurors, with Harry as the department head, while Hermione is "very high up" in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Rowling also mentions that Luna Lovegood has become a naturalist of sort, searching the world for odd and unique creatures. At Hogwarts there is a new permanent Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, since the jinx Voldemort placed on it is broken. There is also a new headmaster, although Rowling did not say who either of these characters were."

True for the last two questions on the Quibbler.

Psyduck -- I like the form, but I think some of the questions may become clearer the more we read and talk.

For instance, I've got a suggestion for that bribe in chapter 11. Kreacher finally comes back with Mundungus and in telling the story about the locket -- A certain toad-faced ministry official comes up threatening him. Threatening to fine him, but she takes the locket in return for not fining him. While I think that's a chincy bribe, it would qualify. AND it is huge because it gets the locket into Umbridge's hands.

The others weren't easy lol..the diary had a version of Riddle in it with the power to possess a person; the locket had major protection; the cup was in Gringots; Riddle thought himself more intelligent than others and hid the tiara in a not-so-secure location; The snake was done later and accompanied Voldemort

I think what was meant here was that the ring actually killed DD when he put it on - would the cup have killed had it been used, the diadem had it been worn? (obviously the locket did not kill when worn)

The two McKinnen brothers (spell?)
Hagrid mentioned them in the first chapter of Book One, and they were mentioned other times. I'm sure they were in MadEye's picture of the original members of the Order.
