Favourite Parts in Deathly Hallows

Any brilliant moment for Hermione
Pretty much any scene with Luna, Dobby, or Kreacher in it

But Hermione's almost always brilliant!

I swear to you that when those characters died: Hedwig, Mad-Eye Moody, Dobby, Fred, Lupin, Tonks, Colin Creevy, and later Snap. I had tears in my eyes. I couldn't believe that she did that to us.

My another favorite part is when the Centaurs and the house-elves joined up in arrms. When Kreacher was like kill kill kill for my master regulus. LOved that part.

Also when Neville was being a thug....

I would have preferred Neville kill Bellatrix, pay-back for his parents lives.. but jk probably thought it wasn't in his nature. so maybe even his gran..

But i definitely agree i think she was my most hated character.

and when ron came back it was awesome, i think it was very clever for jk to include that voldemorts name was taboo, ron coming back helped pick up the pace of the story, before that it was going quite slowly..

Bellatrix? No. Her contempt for motherhood could only have been defeated by Molly! Look at how she treated BOTH of her sisters! Please! The only one more deserving of stopping her would have been Narcissa or Dromeda. I think Rowling made the perfect choice with Molly--My husband thought there was something wrong because I stood up and cheered! Awesome moment! AHacker

I actually didn't like that Molly killed her. Thought it was quite random to be honest. Neville would have been good definately but like you said amm, it's not really his nature. I am vexed that Lupin died without so much as a decent last scene so I think he should have died a hero by killing one of the most hated characters. Plus he had skillz enough to kill her.
I loved the taboo too. The part was genius. I think the book turned around when Ron reappeared. Lifted the mood.

Umbridge didn't get her comeuppance! I would love to hear that she got sent to Azkaban! Escorted by one if not all of her former students!

I thought the most moving part of DH was the death of Dobby. I have many favorite parts, but that was the most touching to me. I would echo many of the things said above. But I would emphasize how much I loved Hermione being so practical about that purse of hers and its contents.

I think I could do without a wand, if I could have a cloak of invisibility and a purse like Hermione's.

and the memories of snapes =) ooooh lil cute lily^^ I love her too xD

Ron-Hermy kiss was a DEFF favortie!
Oh and page 585, when Ginny wouldnt let Cho go with Harry,
'Cho had got to her feet, but Ginny said rather fiercely,"No, Luna will take Harry, wont you Luna?"
and when we all find out what a savage woman Mrs. Weasly is when she fights Bellatrix.
