One of the few places I actually boo-hooed in the story. My husband thought I was nuts, but I did. Hard to explain to a non-HP fan that you are crying because your favorite house-elf (liberated though he may be) died.

i was sobbing out loud, my uncle thought something was wrong but when he saw the book in my hands he just gavce me that knowing smile and left. hes an HP freak almost as much as me. i also cried out loud for toknks and lupin, they left heri baby at the dawn of life, i'm crying right now.it was dobby that got me started but tonks and lupin seemed to finish me off and i cried for nearly half an hour straight. poor teddy, but he ends up just fine at the end.

Tonks and Lupin were the other place I lost it. DH was asleep then so I didn't get any funny looks.
