I want to be a little more detailed...So i know about all the debates about snape and everyones fav. wizzard, but what about the efforts of little dobby....
And with a little tlc kreacher came around a little.
I just want to know who would join s.p.e.w and actually free the abused or tortured house elves....

Well today i read a different spew and someone said house elves live to work...and in our world i dont even want to hear that word "slave".


So Free all house elves!

Even trolls and gnomes!
ANd stop the abuse!

Imposing our ideals and values onto another culture is delicate.

It is right to OFFER another lifestyle to people and magical creatures , but to insist , impose and overwhealm a community is wrong.

I propose the creation of an Elf Union,
Starting as a division of the Department of Control of Magical Creatures (only because it already exists) and then branching out on its own.

The Elf Union would discuss and propose laws to protect Elves who are still enslaved, would define "abuse," and would work toward a law that would allow emancipation for abused slaves.

We would eventually create an agency to manage alleged cases of elf abuse, similar to what muggles have for child abuse. Maybe elves who do not want freedom could be reassigned to a relative who is nicer?
